About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Freelance WordPress Developer with 5 years of hands-on experience in developing maintaining and troubleshooting WordPress websites. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling website development server-related tasks technical issues and ongoing maintenance as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop customize and maintain WordPress websites.

• Handle WordPress installation hosting server setup and website migration.

• Manage website updates plugin and theme compatibility and performance optimization.

• Set up staging environments and manage website deployment.

• Integrate contact forms third-party APIs and other required functionalities.

• Troubleshoot website issues including downtime hacked websites failed updates and plugin conflicts.

• Ensure website security responsiveness speed and cross-browser compatibility.

• Perform regular backups and implement website recovery solutions.

• Coordinate with the internal team to understand project requirements and deliver work within agreed timelines.

Required Skills

• 5 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.

• Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS themes plugins and customizations.

• Proficiency in PHP HTML CSS JavaScript and MySQL.

• Experience with hosting platforms domain configuration DNS SSL and server management.

• Knowledge of website migration staging deployment and backup management.

• Experience troubleshooting technical issues and resolving website errors independently.

• Understanding of website security performance optimization and SEO-friendly development practices.

• Ability to manage tasks independently and provide timely updates on project progress.

Engagement Details

• Freelance project-based engagement.

• Work will be assigned as per business and project requirements.
