Job Summary
Were hiring a Founding Business Head AI in Education Kochi
Leams Education is venturing with a new AI-focused entity launching out of Kochi and built to bring AI-integrated teacher training and school technology solutions to K12 schools across India and the Middle East in partnership with leading CBSE and UK-curriculum school groups.
Were looking for a dynamic leader to head this entity from inception and scale it.
The Role
Lead and grow the entity end-to-end
Build partnerships with school groups across India and the GCC
Design and deliver AI and edtech upskilling programs for teachers (AI tools robotics classroom integration)
Build the team and operational systems from the ground up
What You Bring
Postgraduate degree in Education Business Administration or a related field
8 years of experience in EdTech school leadership teacher training or education consulting
Prior experience building or scaling a business unit start-up or organization
Exposure to the IndiaMiddle East education landscape (preferred)
Familiarity with AI tools edtech platforms or classroom technology
A proven track record of engaging with school leadership and senior stakeholders
Location: Kochi India
Compensation: Competitive commensurate with experience
