Forward Deployed Engineer (x5)

Role Overview Customer-facing engineering role focused on building AI agents integrations and automations on the DevRev platform. Requires strong fullstack skills AI/LLM experience and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers (30%) to understand workflows and integration needs.

• Build and deploy AI agents RAG pipelines automations and custom apps.

• Integrate DevRev with SaaS/nonSaaS systems using REST GraphQL webhooks.

• Implement prompt engineering semantic search tuning and agent evaluations.

• Write SQL queries perform data analysis and build dashboards.

• Prototype quickly run technical demos and iterate based on feedback.

• Collaborate with product engineering and customer success teams.

• Travel up to 80% for onsite implementations.

Requirements

• 5 years in software development or systems integration.

• Strong in TypeScript/JavaScript & Python.

• Experience with LLMs RAG LangChain LangGraph function calling.

• Hands-on with REST APIs GraphQL event-driven architectures.

• Cloud experience: AWS Lambda GCP Functions CI/CD containers.

• Strong data modeling schema mapping and debugging skills.

• Excellent communication and customer-facing comfort.

• Ownership mindset; ability to work in ambiguity.
