Food & Beverage Executive Banquets Fairmont Agra

• Oversee the planning coordination and execution of all banquet and special events ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences
• Supervise train and mentor banquet staff to ensure consistent service standards and professional conduct throughout all events
• Maintain comprehensive event documentation including contracts timelines floor plans and service specifications
• Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event debriefs to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Monitor food quality presentation and service standards throughout all banquet functions
• Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations across all banquet operations
• Coordinate with other departments including housekeeping security and front office to facilitate seamless event execution
• Analyse event performance metrics and guest feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancement

Qualifications :

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Food & Beverage management with at least 3 years in banquet.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale banquets and special events in a luxury hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of food safety hygiene standards and health and safety regulations compliance
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities with experience in training and mentoring staff
• Proficiency in event management software and MS Office applications
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively across departments
