Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Flutter Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. You will work closely with product design backend and QA teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design develop test and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Build responsive reusable and high-performance user interfaces.
• Implement state management using Bloc Provider Riverpod or GetX.
• Integrate RESTful APIs GraphQL services and third-party SDKs.
• Work with Firebase services such as Authentication Firestore Push Notifications Analytics and Crashlytics.
• Collaborate with Product Managers UI/UX Designers Backend Developers and QA teams.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Write unit tests and widget tests to ensure code quality and application stability.
• Debug and resolve application issues across Android and iOS platforms.
• Optimize application performance responsiveness and user experience.
• Support application deployment and release processes for Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 13 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.
• Experience building and deploying Flutter applications in a production environment.
• Experience working on mobile applications for Android and iOS.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart.

• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

• Experience with state management solutions such as Bloc Provider Riverpod or GetX.

• Experience integrating REST APIs and/or GraphQL services.

• Familiarity with Firebase services including:

  • Firebase Authentication
  • Firestore
  • Push Notifications
  • Analytics
  • Crashlytics

• Understanding of Android and iOS application lifecycle.

• Experience with Git and version control systems.

• Knowledge of unit testing and widget testing.

• Basic understanding of CI/CD workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Clean Architecture or MVVM architecture.
• Experience with local databases such as Hive SQLite or Isar.
• Experience working in SaaS or product-based companies.
• Exposure to WebSockets and real-time applications.
• Understanding of mobile performance optimization techniques.
