Floor Lead, Customer Relationship, Granite (IJP)

Oversee and manage a team of associates to help deliver on the following objectives:

• Manage the recruiting expediting and Quality Control (QC) queues to ensure SLA adherence.
• Monitor teams performance metrics utilize data-driven insights to optimize operational efficiency enhance inspection quality and minimize turnaround times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations to address any issues or challenges during the inspection process.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external clients to ensure the efficient flow of work in the inspection department.
• Act as the subject matter expert and communication bridge between staff members and customers as needed.
• Monitor daily production reports to ensure teams performance to meet both Production and Quality targets.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the inspection team fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently demonstrating a consistent ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results within specified timeframes.
• Possess strong data analytical skills with the ability to interpret datasets extract meaningful insights and make informed decisions based on thorough analysis.
• Perform staffing data analysis to ensure adequate staffing to meet the expected volumes.
• Additional duties when indicated.

Qualifications :

      Education: Bachelors Degree.

• Open to internal candidates who meet eligibility criteria as per IJP policy (minimum tenure performance rating).
• Candidates should have demonstrated consistent performance and adherence to process SLAs in their current role.
• Should not be on any active PIP / disciplinary action.
• Candidate must obtain go-ahead from the current reporting manager as per IJP policy
