Job Summary
Role Summary:
Support sanctions screening and filter tuning through data analysis false-positive reduction and FircoSoft rule/exception maintenance while ensuring regulatory and risk appetite alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze screening data and identify tuning opportunities.
- Create and maintain FircoSoft rules and exceptions using FFF Classic and FML.
- Support testing false-positive reduction and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with AMLPD AMLOs branches and cross-functional teams.
- Provide guidance to junior staff on analysis and rule creation.
- Prepare management reports and escalate issues when required.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of BSA/AML AML/CTF sanctions screening SWIFT and Three Lines of Defense.
- Strong analytical problem-solving communication and coordination skills.
