Job Title : Financial Regulatory reporting

Experience : 2 to 5 Years

Location : Mumbai (Powai)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support Asia compliance policies compliance communications and regulatory alerts including tracking periodic reviews and rollouts.
  
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders to ensure timely policy updates and implementation.
  
• Monitor regulatory websites and sanctions databases including FINRA SEC and other relevant regulatory authorities.
  
• Maintain records of regulatory inspections examinations reported breaches and remedial actions.
  
• Track audit action items and follow up with stakeholders for timely closure.
  
• Coordinate infrastructure and new technology initiatives including project assessments due diligence and compliance approvals.
  
• Support regulatory risk monitoring and strengthen compliance controls across global teams.

Requisites

• Graduate in any relevant discipline.
  
• Basic understanding of Investment Banking financial services and regulatory compliance.
  
• Knowledge of compliance policies regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks.
  
• Strong MS Excel Word and PowerPoint skills.
  
• Excellent written communication analytical and summarization skills.
  
• Strong project coordination time management and stakeholder management skills.
  
• High attention to detail ethical standards and the ability to identify and escalate compliance issues.
  
• Knowledge of EMEA regulatory requirements and financial services compliance is preferred.
  
• Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau Excel macros Python and AI/ML tools is an advantage.
