Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning budgeting accounting reporting cash flow management statutory compliance and supporting strategic business decisions.

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
  
• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
  
• Develop and manage budgets forecasts and financial plans.
  
• Monitor cash flow and ensure effective utilization of company funds.
  
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
  
• Oversee accounts payable accounts receivable payroll and general accounting activities.
  
• Ensure timely preparation and filing of statutory returns and compliance requirements.
  
• Coordinate with auditors tax consultants banks and other financial institutions.
  
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial laws regulations and company policies.
  
• Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved efficiency.
  
• Establish and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
  
• Support senior management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
  
• Lead and supervise the finance and accounts team.
  

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Commerce or a related field.
  
• Professional qualifications such as CA CMA ACCA or MBA Finance will be an added advantage.
  
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager Accounts Manager or similar role.
  
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial reporting taxation and statutory compliance.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
  
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
  
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  
• High level of accuracy integrity and attention to detail.
  

• 5 years of relevant experience preferably including experience in a managerial role.
