Finance Data & Reporting Specialist

About The Job:

• Support financial restatement preparation upload activities reconciliation validation and issue resolution while ensuring accuracy completeness and compliance with project timelines.

Essential Job Functions:
Restatement Preparation and Upload

• Prepare restatement files (Excel CSV) based on approved restatement requirements.
• Verify completeness consistency and accuracy of financial data before upload.
• Execute or support data upload activities according to defined procedures and timelines.
• Investigate and resolve upload errors validation exceptions and data inconsistencies.
• Ensure all uploads are completed accurately and within project deadlines.
• Document assumptions mapping logic and adjustment methodologies.

Financial Reconciliation & Validation

• Reconcile uploaded results against source data.
• Validate that restated financial information reflects approved reporting changes.
• Perform P&L reconciliations.
• Support variance analysis and issue resolution activities.
• Identify document and escalate discrepancies for resolution.
