Incident Management and timely resolution of production issues
Ability to analyze debug and resolve production issues efficiently
Support for month-end and year-end activities
Patch deployment and testing support
Client engagement and coordination

Skills /Competencies:

In depth understanding of Finacle Modules (Loans/Deposits/Locker/Trade Finance).
Basic knowledge of EODBOD/GL/Reports
Expertise in Finacle Core Banking Functional and technical
Good knowledge of Finacle scripting shell scripting PL/SQL Unix
Knowledge of SQL & Finacle related tables
Good Knowledge of issue debugging
Able to work in shift rotations at client site
