Description: Roles & Responsibilities Proficiency in designing developing and maintaining Workato recipes workflows and integrations for inbound and outbound business transactions. Strong knowledge of API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) JSON XML CSV IDOC and other structured/unstructured data formats. Good understanding of data mapping transformation and orchestration using Workato including integration with SAP IDOCs and retail business transactions. Expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end integration workflows between enterprise applications cloud platforms and B2B partners. Experience in troubleshooting integration failures recipe errors API issues and data processing exceptions including root cause analysis and issue resolution. Provide technical support and ongoing maintenance for enterprise integrations automation workflows and B2B transaction processes. Strong knowledge of Workato connectors custom connectors APIs webhooks and event-driven integrations. Experience monitoring integration performance creating operational reports and ensuring data accuracy and process reliability. Familiarity with SAP ERP CRM retail and supply chain systems integration using Workato. Knowledge of integration best practices error handling security governance and reusable component development.
