The Field Service Trainee for Cytiva is part of the India Equipment services organization located in Ahemdabad and will be a Remote customer facing role. At Cytiva our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Will accompany the service engineers and help them in pre-installation work equipment demo & other service activities. This will involve travel within the city and outside as well.
• Will ensure the delivery of operations - installing troubleshooting planned maintenance of the various range of Single use and Chromatography Equipment sold by CYTIVA Life Science to the customers in Biopharmaceutical Industries.
• Required to attend independently or with a trained engineer and close the service calls as per CYTIVA Service Quality.
• Support the team in service documentation work & be an active contributor.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Instrumentation Electrical Electronics or Electrical & Telecommunications Engineering.

• Ability to learn quickly & demonstrate independent working straits
• Interface and gel with both internal team members and external customers.
• Should have knowledge about the basic tools used for service and repairs
• Fluency in English language.
• Ability to learn the processes in CYTIVA Life Sciences for reporting escalations travel.

Who you are

• Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Instrumentation/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Electrical & Tele-Communications Engineering fresh passed out from Institution.
• Ability to learn the service and troubleshoot the equipment like Upstream Bio-reactors & Downstream Liquid Chromatography systems.
• Interface and gel with both internal team members and external customers.
• Ability to learn the processes in CYTIVA Life Sciences for reporting escalations revenue forecasting travel.
