Field Service Engineer Lucknow

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for machine installation commissioning troubleshooting service support and sales support activities for digital finishing machines within the assigned territory.

• Install commission and demonstrate digital finishing machines at customer locations.
  
• Provide preventive and breakdown maintenance support to customers.
  
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical electrical and control-related issues.
  
• Attend customer service calls and ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
  
• Train customers and operators on machine operation maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
  
• Conduct machine inspections and recommend necessary service or replacement of components.
  
• Coordinate with the internal service sales and technical teams for effective customer support.
  
• Provide technical support to the sales team during customer visits product demonstrations and machine evaluations.
  
• Support installation and commissioning of machines at new customer sites.
  
• Maintain service reports installation reports and customer visit records.
  
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.
  

• Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  
• Basic understanding of sensors motors drives control panels and automation systems.
  
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and electrical wiring diagrams.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer service and installation activities.
  
• Ability to work independently at customer locations.
  

• 25 years of experience in field service machine installation commissioning or maintenance.
  
• Experience with industrial machinery printing/finishing equipment automation machinery or similar capital equipment will be an advantage.
  
• Candidates with hands-on experience in both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting are preferred.
