Job Summary

Generate new business through field sales and lead generation activities. Visit SMEs traders business owners and individual customers to identify financing needs. Promote and sell Business Loans Loan Against Property (LAP) Working Capital Finance Home Loans Personal Loans and other lending products. Build and maintain referral networks with Chartered Accountants Builders Real Estate Consultants Auto Dealers and other channel partners. Collect customer documents and coordinate with the internal team for smooth loan processing. Develop long-term relationships with customers and referral partners. Achieve monthly sales lead conversion and loan disbursement targets. Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

5 to 12 years of experience in Field Sales within Banking NBFC BFSI or Financial Services. Proven experience in selling Business Loans LAP Working Capital Home Loans Personal Loans Mortgage Loans or SME Loans. Strong network-building and customer acquisition skills. Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management abilities. Self-motivated target-driven and willing to travel for field sales. Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are mandatory.
