Job Summary
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Field Sales Executive in Chennai Tamil Nadu. Our client Ravilla Homes is seeking skilled and motivated professionals who can effectively handle customers conduct land/site visits follow up with prospects and support successful client closures. Freshers as well as experienced candidates with up to 5 years of experience can be considered.
- Generate and follow up with prospective customers for property and land-related sales opportunities.
- Handle client enquiries and understand customer requirements budget and buying preferences.
- Coordinate and conduct land/site visits for interested prospects.
- Explain property details location advantages pricing and relevant sales information clearly.
- Build strong relationships with prospects through regular follow-up and professional client handling.
- Apply effective convincing and negotiation techniques to move prospects toward purchase decisions.
- Manage clients through the complete sales cycle from initial enquiry to closure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads site visits follow-ups and closure status.
- Lead follow-up and pipeline management
- Basic CRM or sales tracking knowledge
- Knowledge of Chennai locations and local markets
The client accepts candidates with 05 years of experience including freshers. Candidates with previous field sales direct sales property sales customer handling or client closure exposure would be relevant for the position.
