2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Hiring Field Recruiter

Job Location: Khordha Odisha

Role: Field Recruiter (Field & Warehouse Hiring)

CTC: Up to 23000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Source and recruit blue-collar candidates for Flipkart warehouse operations.
Handle bulk hiring for roles such as Packer Picker Sorter Loader Unloader Data Entry Operator and ITI profiles.
Conduct field visits for candidate sourcing interview coordination and onboarding support.
Build local sourcing networks and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth joining.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 6 months of experience in blue-collar/bulk hiring recruitment.
Experience hiring warehouse or logistics manpower is preferred.
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
Bike is mandatory for field travel.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
