Field Recruiter

Snabbit is seeking a Field Recruiter to source experts for various roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing and recruitment with a strong ability to pitch opportunities to prospective workers.

The role involves driving conversion by owning the entire funnel of an experts journey from initial contact to onboarding.

The successful candidate will be responsible for finding and approaching potential workers distributing promotional material collecting contact details and coordinating qualified leads to the training centre.

This is a field-based role that requires a strong work ethic excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package including a fixed pay of per month travel allowance of 3000 per month and big weekly and monthly incentives based on targets up to INR 70000.
