Job Overview:
We are looking for energetic and passionate Field Recruiters to support hiring for last mile delivery operations. The role involves hiring delivery boys riders and picker/packers by visiting local areas sourcing candidates and ensuring quick onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field hiring for delivery executives riders and warehouse staff
- Visit local areas hubs and hotspots to source candidates
- Screen and shortlist candidates through face-to-face interactions
- Coordinate with candidates for onboarding and documentation
- Maintain daily hiring reports and follow-ups
- Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate
- Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/field hiring
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Willingness to travel and work on-field
- Confident proactive and result-driven attitude
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to 25000 (Fixed)
- Travelling Allowances provided

Work Details:
- Day Shift
- Week Off: Sunday fixed 2nd & 4th Saturday
