The Field Operations Manager provides leadership for the assigned locations in support of dealership services.
Core Duties
Management of a team of dealership services employees across assigned georgraphy.
Planning dealer requests and planning work schedules for the Installers
Monthly audits done by field operations management or regional managers
Daily billing duties
Billing reporting including research and audit all logged information is in compliance for monthly billing
Inventory ordering/ inventory monitoring
Liaison between admin and installer/Payroll/EOD/Warranties/ Pricing
Quality control
End of day reporting
Inputting new hires into our software systems
Assisting in logging warranties and other entries as needed
New Account set up/Hotspot Administration
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
3 years working in dealership or related experience.
3-5 years experience in a people leading role preferred
Excellent communication interpersonal analytical and problem-solving skills
Make appropriate judgments keeping customer service safety and time sensitivity a priority
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Enjoys multitasking and works with a sense of urgency
Able to work under time pressure
Must have a current and valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Occasional travel required when necessary.
