We are seeking an experienced Driver & Fleet Hiring Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating a minimum of 34 active leads daily and ensuring 50% conversion into deployed drivers. They will also maintain 7 active hires weekly to meet monthly hiring goals source and onboard drivers across 2W 3W and 4W EV categories and ensure all driver documents are verified and valid prior to onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the driver community and be able to effectively pitch the companys value proposition to build trust and engagement. They will also be responsible for tracking and controlling driver attrition building and maintaining a positive performance-driven culture among drivers and providing market intelligence on EV fleet trends competitor hiring practices and driver sentiment.

The Driver & Fleet Hiring Manager will work closely with the Operations & Service teams to ensure timely redeployment of inactive or exited drivers. They will also be responsible for identifying process improvements and cost optimization opportunities to enhance scalability.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in driver recruitment and hiring with experience in digital tools and dashboards CRM software and HR management software. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and manage a team.
