Feed Mill Lab Shift Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Feed Mill Lab Shift Supervisor to join a well-established company in Iraq. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in feed mill laboratory operations quality control and sample analysis ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Supervise daily laboratory operations and activities during assigned shifts.
• Oversee quality control procedures and sample collection testing and analysis.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.
• Monitor the quality of raw materials feed ingredients and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory procedures quality standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with production and quality assurance teams to address quality-related issues.
• Supervise laboratory technicians and ensure efficient workflow during shifts.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and laboratory efficiency.

• Minimum 8 years of experience working in feed mill laboratories particularly in quality control and sample analysis.
• Bachelors degree in Chemistry Science Engineering or a related field. A relevant doctoral qualification is also accepted.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and quality assurance practices.
• Previous experience in laboratory supervision or shift management is preferred.
• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Iraq.
