Job Title : FCC Testing AVP

Experience : 8 to 10 Years

Location : Mumbai (Powai)

• Support governance and control frameworks across AML Sanctions and Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC).
  
• Prepare risk-focused MI reports conduct risk assessments and support management decisions.
  
• Coordinate audit and regulatory reviews gap assessments and remediation tracking.
  
• Manage FCC training programs and contribute to policy enhancements.
  
• Maintain risk/control registers and oversee quality reviews of transaction monitoring alerts.
  
• Coordinate name screening and payment filtering escalations.
  
• Manage due diligence documentation for gifts vendors corporate events sponsorships and donations.
  
• Participate in UAT FCC system reviews and global process improvement projects.
  
• Collaborate with regional and global FCC teams to ensure consistent service delivery.

• Strong knowledge of FCC AML Sanctions and ABC compliance.
  
• Experience in governance risk assessments audit readiness and control testing.
  
• Understanding of transaction monitoring name screening and payment filtering.
  
• Knowledge of FCC systems UAT and regulatory documentation.
  
• Strong analytical communication project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
