F&B Controller (AM)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical F & B Controller to join our team in Bengaluru India. As the F & B Controller you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our food and beverage department ensuring optimal cost control and profitability.

• Develop and manage budgets for the food and beverage department
• Analyze financial data and prepare regular reports for management
• Monitor and control food and beverage costs including inventory management
• Implement and maintain effective cost control measures
• Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial performance
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
• Oversee month-end closing procedures and financial reconciliations
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making
• Train and mentor staff on financial procedures and cost control measures

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B financial management or related field
• Professional certification (e.g. CMA CPA) preferred
• Strong financial management and accounting skills
• Expertise in budgeting forecasting and cost control
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and regulations
• Understanding of hospitality operations and cost structures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
