Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage daily garment store operations sales inventory staff customer service and overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the garment store.

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Supervise train and motivate sales staff.

Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

Manage stock receiving storage display replenishment and inventory.

Monitor stock levels fast-moving items slow-moving items and shortages.

Ensure proper visual merchandising and attractive product displays.

Handle billing cash management returns exchanges and customer complaints.

Prepare daily sales and stock reports.

Coordinate with warehouse purchase and management teams.

Monitor staff attendance performance and discipline.

Ensure the store is clean organized and maintained according to company standards.

Control operational expenses and minimize stock losses.

Conduct regular stock audits and support timely stock reconciliation.


Requirements

Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

37 years of experience in garment/fashion retail store management.

Strong knowledge of garment retail sales and inventory management.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Leadership and team-management abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and POS/retail software.

Target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment.
