Position Summary

We are inviting applications applications from qualified andexperienced academics for faculty positions in Management at the levels ofAssistant Professor Associate Professor and successfulcandidates will contribute to teaching research curriculum developmentstudent mentoring and academic collaboration. The role requires a strongfoundation in Management or related disciplines a commitment to academicexcellence and the ability to deliver high-quality members will teach undergraduate and postgraduate coursesaligned with their qualifications and areas of expertise guide studentprojects contribute to scholarly research and integrate contemporary businesspractices and industry perspectives into teaching and learning. Senior facultymembers will also contribute to research leadership faculty mentoringacademic governance and programme development commensurate with theirexperience and designation.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality undergraduate and postgraduateteaching using innovative practical and research-informed approaches.

Contribute to curriculum development course designassessment and academic quality improvement.

Mentor students guide academic projects and superviseresearch activities.

Conduct research publish in peer-reviewed journals andcollaborate on research initiatives.

Integrate emerging technologies industry practices andreal-world applications into teaching and research.

Collaborate with faculty members and academicinstitutions on academic and research initiatives.

Contribute to faculty development academic leadershipgovernance and institutional growth as appropriate to the role.

Qualifications and SelectionCriteria

• Ph.D. in Management Business Administration or a closely related discipline from a recognised and reputed university.

• Relevant teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or postgraduate level commensurate with the position applied for.

• Relevant research publications in peer-reviewed journals and demonstrated expertise in one or more Management specialisations.

• Experience in curriculum development assessment design student mentoring and academic project or research supervision.

• A demonstrated commitment to teaching excellence research and academic development.

• Strong communication presentation interpersonal and organisational skills.

• Experience in research collaborations funded research projects consultancy industry engagement or academic leadership will be an advantage.

Candidates applying forsenior academic positions should demonstrate an appropriate record of scholarlycontributions research supervision faculty mentoring and academic leadershipcommensurate with the level of appointment.
