Factory Manager Production

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Factory Manager - Production in Chennai Tamil Nadu. • Lead and oversee daily production operations to achieve output targets.
  
• Develop production schedules and optimize resource utilization.
  
• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure quality standards are met.
  
• Implement lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency.
  
• Supervise and mentor production supervisors and shop-floor teams.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety environmental and regulatory requirements.
  
• Coordinate with maintenance quality and supply chain departments.
  
• Analyze production metrics and implement corrective actions.
  

1. Production Planning Managing schedules capacity and output targets.
   
2. Manufacturing Operations Driving efficient factory performance.
   
3. Team Leadership Supervising production teams and shift operations.
   
4. Quality Control Maintaining product and process quality standards.
   
5. Process Improvement Identifying and implementing productivity enhancements.
   

• Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma knowledge
  
• ERP system exposure
  
• Cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives
  

Experience in manufacturing and production operations is typically required for this role. Candidates should have a strong background in factory management workforce supervision and production planning. Typical experience range for a Factory Manager role is 815 years in a manufacturing environment.

• Minimum: B.E / in Mechanical Production Industrial Engineering or related field (Typical)
  
• Preferred: MBA Operations / Production Management
  
• Additional: Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or Industrial Safety Certifications
