Qualification : Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Civil or Interior Design-related field
Experience : 5–10 years’ experience in interior fit-out or furniture manufacturing
Location : Thrissur
Salary : 6 Lacs

Summary
The Factory Manager oversees manufacturing operations for custom furniture joinery and interior components. The role ensures production runs efficiently meets quality standards and aligns with project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day factory operations (joinery carpentry upholstery finishing etc.)
• Plan and schedule production based on project deadlines
• Supervise workshop staff supervisors and machine operators
• Ensure quality control of all interior fit-out products
• Coordinate with design procurement and project teams
• Monitor material usage and reduce waste
• Enforce health & safety standards in the factory
• Maintain machinery and ensure proper functioning • Track productivity and implement process improvements

Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of joinery woodwork finishes and materials
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and production plans
• Familiarity with machinery and production workflows
