External Workforce Program Coordinator

Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
Program Administration:
o Manage day-to-day operations of the contingent workforce program including onboarding offboarding and assignment changes.
o Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within the Vendor Management System (VNDLY or similar).
Compliance & Governance:
o Monitor adherence to company policies labor regulations and contractual agreements.
o Support audits and reporting to ensure program compliance.
Supplier & Stakeholder Support:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing suppliers and internal hiring managers.
o Assist with issue resolution and escalate concerns as needed.
Reporting & Analytics:
o Generate and analyze reports on contingent workforce metrics (e.g. headcount spend cycle times).
o Provide insights to improve program performance and cost efficiency.
Process Improvement:
o Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.
o Support implementation of new tools processes and best practices.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
o 2 years in HR operations staffing or contingent workforce management.
o Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VNDLY Beeline Fieldglass etc.) preferred.
Skills:
o Strong organizational and communication skills.
o Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
o Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with reporting tools is a plus.
o Experience using AI tools (Preferred)
