SEC Reporting Analyst
## About the Role
This role involves the preparation and review of the Companys SEC reporting documents ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate financial disclosures.
## Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review the Companys SEC reporting including Annual Reports 10-Ks 10-Qs 8-Ks and XBRL filings as required.
- Specific areas of focus include the Balance Sheet Cash Flow Statement and various footnote disclosures.
## Requirements
- Bachelors Degree preferably with a focus in public accounting.
- CPA ACA CA ACCA or equivalent certification.
- Proficiency in SEC reporting requirements and US GAAP.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Experience working within a global matrixed organization.
- Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and Oracle.
- Experience with Workiva is a plus.
