1. Responsible for the development of the architecture solutions which are fit for purpose within our IT operating context. Covering areas such as applications infrastructure integration reliability scalability and security.
2. Specifically responsible for leading the design of the end-to-end solutions throughout the development lifecycle for one or more project(s) at any given time. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams key stakeholders Business and Enterprise Architects ensuring alignment with the organisational strategy design principles and target architecture.
3. Covering areas such as reviewing requirements problem analysis product evaluation solution design and technical documentation which includes Key Design Decision and Solution Proposal.
4. Responsible for submitting the solution design proposal to the Architecture Board for approval ensuring the design has taken into consideration security risks & compliance data management and business and enterprise architecture.
5. Provide technical support guidance and consultancy for the architecture solution across the enterprise as and when required.
6. Key point of escalation for technical and architectural issues.
7. 7. Contribute to the continuous development of architecture standards principles and strategy ensuring alignment with the Business and IT Strategy as well as AXA Group Architectures.
8. 8. Communicate the solution design effectively to both technical and business audiences.

Collect generate and analyse innovative ideas and technologies that are applicable across the enterprise.

1. Strong IT solutions architecture experience demonstrating the ability to define complex scalable maintainable and flexible architecture that deliver the desired business outcomes.
2. Knowledge across the core architecture domains in particular the area of Automation and AI or Infrastructure
3. Have some hands-on experience with cloud platforms and/or their AI / ML platform services.
4. Preferable to be proficient in AI / ML frameworks and techniques as well as process automation design.
5. Ability to run solution workshops with both technical and non-technical attendees to develop the end-to-end fit for purpose solution design to meet the business needs.
6. 6. Experience in engaging and interacting with senior stakeholders and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with effective customer facing / consulting skills for both technical and business audiences.
8. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously prioritise workload effectively and thrive in a dynamic and complex environment.
9. Experienced in the breadth of software engineering activities within an evolutionary life cycle process including requirements capture and analysis architectural and detailed software design as well as supporting system testing and solution implementation all within a complex IT architecture landscape.
