Executive YouTube Growth (MPPSC)

Job Purpose

We are looking for a creative and results-driven YouTube Growth Executive / Associate with at least 2 years of experience in managing and growing YouTube channels in the EdTech PCS vertical. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the MPPSC exam YouTube SEO content strategy audience engagement analytics and channel optimization.

The candidate will be responsible for the growth of the MPPSC by Drishti IAS YouTube channel increasing views subscribers watch time and overall channel performance among MPPSC aspirants.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Channel Operations & Content Planning

Manage and oversee daily operations of the MPPSC by Drishti IAS YouTube channel.

Create content calendars and publishing schedules aligned to the MPPSC exam cycle (Prelims Mains Interview) and current affairs.

Coordinate with video editors designers and educators.

Track the exam notifications syllabus and pattern updates of MPPSC and plan timely content around them.

YouTube SEO & Optimization

Optimize videos for YouTube SEO including:

Titles

Descriptions

Tags

Keywords

Thumbnails

Develop and execute YouTube growth strategies for the channel including playlists shorts and live classes.

Analytics Growth & Engagement

Monitor channel analytics and prepare performance reports.

Improve audience retention and engagement metrics.

Handle community engagement including comments and audience interaction.

Implement strategies to increase:

Subscribers

Watch hours

CTR (Click Through Rate)

Viewer retention

Research Compliance & Trends

Research trending topics and competitor strategies in the MPPSC YouTube space.

Manage YouTube monetization and copyright compliance.

Stay updated with latest YouTube algorithm changes and trends.

Who can apply

Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience managing YouTube channels.

Candidates with good knowledge of the MPPSC exam and its aspirants.

Candidates must have good command over written and spoken Hindi and English.
