Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Execute packaging development scale-up exhibit batches and commercialization activities for OSD products (Tablets/Capsules).
- Plan and conduct commercial packaging trials and line trials for Blister Alu-Alu Strip and Bottle packs.
- Develop evaluate and optimize primary and secondary packaging materials and pack configurations.
- Establish and optimize packaging machine parameters for commercial batches.
- Provide technical support for packaging-related troubleshooting deviations and investigations.
- Support packaging process validation/qualification technology transfer and change controls.
- Coordinate with Production QA Engineering R&D Regulatory and packaging material vendors.
- Prepare/review packaging specifications BOMs trial protocols/reports and other GMP documents.
- Identify opportunities for reduction in packaging rejection wastage and cost.
- Ensure compliance with GMP data integrity and applicable regulatory requirements.
