Executive IT

• Provide first-level support for business applications including ERP modules; log track and resolve user tickets within agreed timelines and escalate complex issues to the respective manager.
• Understand and monitor how data and transactions flow across departments through the system.
• Support the maintenance testing and improvement of the company’s in-house software.
• Identify and correct data errors with the concerned department; maintain master data discipline as per the data-entry rules set by the IT Head.
• Prepare and share routine MIS and system reports for users and management.
• Able to act as a functional coordinator i.e. the link between users and developers: gathering and documenting user requirements explaining them to developers and testing and validating the software (UAT) before release.
• Coordinate with department heads on software requirements and process gaps and with external vendors and service providers when needed.
• Click photographs of products along with their unique product code and upload them to the designated system or platform.

• Diploma in Software / Computer Science/ . IT / BCA in IT.
• Fresher or 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of any business software or ERP; exposure to SAP (Supply Chain / Sales modules) preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office; basic knowledge of databases (SQL) is an advantage.
• Must have Clear communication Willingness to learn Attention to detail Logical Thinking Problem solving ability & Ability to prioritize tasks.
