Job Summary

We urgently required Executive HR & Admin for O&U Project MPL ADANI for Mundra Location.

Job Description

The Executive HR & Admin will be responsible for managing all HR operations and site administration activities ensuring smooth functioning of manpower compliance and support services at the project site.

Key Responsibilities
A. HR Operations
  • Manage site manpower records (attendance leave shift details)
  • Coordinate recruitment and mobilization of site staff and workers
  • Maintain employee database and documentation
  • Handle joining formalities induction and exit process
B. Payroll & Compliance
  • Prepare and verify attendance inputs for payroll processing
  • Ensure compliance with:
    • Labour laws
    • PF ESIC statutory requirements
  • Maintain statutory registers and records
C. Contractor & Labour Management
  • Maintain records of contract labour and vendor manpower
  • Ensure compliance with labour license insurance and documentation
  • Coordinate with contractors for manpower planning
D. Site Administration
  • Manage site facilities including:
    • Accommodation
    • Transportation
    • Food / canteen
    • Housekeeping
  • Coordinate travel lodging and logistics for site staff
E. Employee Relations
  • Address employee grievances and issues
  • Maintain discipline and positive work environment
  • Support welfare activities at site
F. Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain HR and admin records:
    • Attendance
    • Manpower reports
    • Compliance documents
  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management
G. Coordination
  • Coordinate with:
    • Corporate HR team
    • Site management
    • Vendors and contractors

1. Role Overview

The Executive HR & Admin will be responsible for managing all HR operations and site administration activities ensuring smooth functioning of manpower compliance and support services at the project site.

3. Required Skills
HR & Administrative Skills
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations at project site
  • Experience in labour management and compliance
  • Understanding of statutory requirements (PF ESIC CLRA etc.)
Documentation & Software
  • Proficiency in MS Excel Word and reporting tools
  • Experience with HRMS / ERP systems (preferred)
Coordination & Communication
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage workforce and contractors effectively
Problem Solving & Organizational Skills
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously

4. Qualification & Experience
  • Graduate / MBA in HR / Personnel Management
  • 35 years experience in HR & Admin role at project site
  • Experience in EPC / construction / industrial projects preferred

  • Timely payroll inputs and documentation
