Job Description:
Pricing Request Management
Respond to partner pricing requests within the defined TAT
Ensure accuracy completeness and competitiveness of pricing shared
Maintain proper documentation of all pricing requests and responses
Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with internal sales teams to understand deal requirements
Collaborate with product managers for pricing approvals inputs and updates
Act as a bridge between partners sales and product teams
Deal Follow-up & Tracking
Proactively follow up on submitted deals with the internal sales team
Track deal progress closures and pending actions
Ensure timely closure or escalation of critical opportunities
Reporting & Insights
Prepare and publish weekly reports on pricing requests received from partners
Consolidate inputs from product managers and sales teams
Analyse trends in pricing requests to provide actionable insights
Process Adherence & Improvement
Ensure compliance with pricing policies and approval frameworks
Identify gaps in pricing processes and suggest improvements
Support automation or optimization initiatives within the pricing desk
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in Business Finance IT or related field
13 years of experience in pricing sales operations or partner support roles
Experience in cloud or IT distribution business is an added advantage
