As an Executive Assistant on the EA Shared Services Team in our Gurgaon office youll play a vital role in enabling senior leaders to operate at their best by managing complex schedules coordinating global logistics and driving operational excellence. Youll be a trusted partner who helps optimize executive time ensures seamless collaboration across teams and time zones and contributes to the success of a fast-growing global organization. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while learning and growing alongside talented professionals.

To thrive in this role youll need:
3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant preferably supporting senior leaders in a global organization.
Proven experience managing complex calendars scheduling across multiple time zones and coordinating executive logistics.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail Calendar Drive) and Microsoft Office.
Experience handling domestic and international travel arrangements including itineraries and accommodations.
Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Bonus points if you have:
Experience supporting multiple executives in a shared services or high-growth environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges.

How youll make an impact:
Partner closely with senior executives to manage daily priorities schedules and administrative responsibilities.
Coordinate complex meetings across multiple time zones and ensure seamless execution of virtual and in-person engagements.
Manage domestic and international travel arrangements including flights accommodations ground transportation and itineraries.
Serve as a key point of contact between executives employees clients and external partners.
Handle confidential business matters with accuracy professionalism and urgency.
Proactively identify and resolve scheduling logistical and operational challenges to maximize executive effectiveness.
