Executive 3D Designer

• Prepare 2D layouts floor plans furniture layouts and workstation configurations using AutoCAD and BrickCAD.
• Develop detailed technical drawings working drawings and shop drawings as per project requirements.
• Create 3D models and visual presentations using SketchUp.
• Generate realistic renderings and walkthroughs using Lumion.
• Interpret client requirements and convert them into functional and aesthetically appealing design solutions.
• Coordinate with Sales Project Management and Production teams to ensure design feasibility and project execution.
• Modify and revise drawings and models based on client feedback and project changes.
• Maintain drawing standards documentation and project records.
• Ensure all drawings and designs comply with company standards and specifications.
• Support proposal submissions and client presentations with layouts 3D views and rendered visuals.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience in SketchUp BrickCAD and Lumion.
• Strong understanding of space planning interior layouts and furniture design.
• Ability to create detailed technical drawings and 3D visualizations.
• Knowledge of interior fit-outs workplace solutions and commercial office projects.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in 2D/3D design space planning interior design or furniture design.

• Experience in office furniture modular furniture workplace solutions or interior fit-out industry.
• Familiarity with commercial office projects and workstation planning.
• Experience in creating high-quality 3D renderings and presentations using SketchUp and Lumion.
