Key Responsibilities:
Oversee overall estate operations and property management. Manage maintenance housekeeping security and vendor coordination. Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the estate and its facilities. Monitor budgets contracts and operational expenses. Supervise staff and service providers while maintaining quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety statutory and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain a well-managed and secure environment.
Requirements:
10 years of relevant experience in Estate Facility or Property Management. Strong leadership communication and vendor management skills. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Age: 30 years and above.
