This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing complex ERP and CRM integration programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading global delivery teams ensuring effective governance and delivering transformative initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central integration projects including planning governance and successful execution.
- Manage project planning scheduling milestones budgets and resource allocation.
- Lead governance meetings status reporting and executive communications.
- Coordinate with customer teams implementation partners architects developers and vendors.
- Drive Agile delivery sprint planning and release management processes.
- Oversee Hypercare transition to support and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage RAID logs dependencies change requests and delivery risks.
- Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication.
- Maintain Azure DevOps and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central expertise.
- Provide executive reporting and financial management for integration programs.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM integration programs.
- Proven leadership in global delivery teams and complex transformation initiatives.
- Strong project management skills including Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Expertise in stakeholder management and delivery governance.
- Proficiency in budget management resource planning and RAID management.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid or offshore environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to project delivery.
