• CAD construction of Ergonomics Seating buck using CATIA
• CAD proposal generation using CATIA
• Understanding of target setting for Visibility Package and Usability (FI) requirements.
• Aware of vehicle-level homologation requirements and ability to propose compliant design solutions.
• Understanding of occupant-related hardpoints and parameters as per SAE J1100 terminology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop occupant packaging targets.
• Generate vehicle-level target zones for exterior and interior packaging.
• Develop occupant posture models and define target zones.
• Assess CAS (Computer-Aided Styling) surfaces against packaging and ergonomic targets.
• Prepare Design Verification Plan (DVP) reports.
• Participate in design reviews and provide packaging recommendations during product development.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

• Bachelors Engineering degree in Mech or related discipline.
• 2 years of experience in vehicle top hat packaging/ergonomics/interiors design
• Experience with PLM and virtual tools such as Prisma Carisma Teamcenter Vismock.
• Proficiency with CAD and digital tools (e.g. CATIA V5/V6 3Dx)
• Demonstrated ability to plan organize and execute engineering or ergonomic projects independently and in teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn standards and simulation results into actionable recommendations.
• Effective interpersonal oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels and across regions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customers and priorities while maintaining quality and on-time delivery.
