Entra ID for L3 SME(C1/B3)

Design implement and manage Microsoft Entra ID Passkey (FIDO2 and Microsoft Authenticator Passkey) solutions to deliver phishing-resistant passwordless authentication across enterprise environments. Lead the assessment design configuration testing and rollout of Passkey-based authentication aligned with Zero Trust security principles. Configure and manage Entra ID Authentication Methods Authentication Strengths Conditional Access Policies Temporary Access Pass (TAP) Windows Hello for Business and passwordless sign-in solutions. Validate application compatibility device readiness and user authentication journeys across cloud hybrid and legacy environments. Support onboarding recovery lost-device and re-enrollment workflows while ensuring secure identity lifecycle management. Collaborate with security IAM infrastructure endpoint and application teams to integrate passwordless authentication across business-critical applications. Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for authentication registration and access issues. Develop implementation standards operational runbooks user adoption guides and governance documentation. Monitor authentication security posture recommend improvements and ensure compliance with organizational security policies. Support pilot deployments enterprise-wide rollouts hypercare activities and knowledge transfer to operations teams. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID Conditional Access MFA Passkeys FIDO2 Security Keys Microsoft Authenticator Windows Hello for Business TAP Identity Protection Azure AD Connect SSO and Identity Governance is required. Strong understanding of authentication protocols such as SAML OAuth OpenID Connect and modern identity security practices is preferred.
