We are looking for an Enterprise Solution Content Specialist to join our Content Services & Print Documentation team at HP.

In this role you will drive the creation standardization and continuous improvement of enterprise solutions software and firmware content while working across a global cross-functional environment.

What you will do

• Develop and manage technical content and training for enterprise solutions
• Drive content consistency quality and usability across teams
• Own technology communications including bi-monthly newsletters and portal content
• Collaborate closely with R&D Technical Marketing and Support
• Improve content processes and delivery in an Agile environment
• Support service agents and field technicians with high-quality documentation

What we are looking for

• 47 years of experience in technical documentation / information development
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work across complex global environments
• Experience with structured content content management systems
• A proactive mindset with focus on quality scalability and continuous improvement
• Minimum of 3 years of Bachelors degree.
