Job Summary

Hiring: Enterprise ServiceNow IRM Architect

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 15 Years

Salary: 3545 LPA

We are looking for a highly experienced Enterprise ServiceNow IRM Architect to lead the strategy architecture and transformation of enterprise-scale IRM/GRC ecosystems on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect scalable IRM solutions across Risk Compliance Audit VRM & BCM

Design integrations with SecOps ITSM HRSD & CMDB/CSDM ecosystems

Lead AI-enabled IRM initiatives using ServiceNow Now Assist & predictive risk modeling

Govern architecture scripting standards integrations & upgrade readiness

Drive executive stakeholder workshops and compliance automation strategies

Align IRM solutions with frameworks like NIST ISO 27001 SOX GDPR HIPAA & DORA

Build real-time executive dashboards and performance analytics

Required Skills:

15 years of IT/Enterprise Architecture experience

10 years in ServiceNow development & architecture

4 years dedicated to ServiceNow IRM/GRC architecture

Expertise in IRM Risk Assessments Controls Issue Management & Attestation Workflows

Strong JavaScript Glide API Flow Designer & IntegrationHub experience

Hands-on integration expertise with REST SOAP OAuth2 & MID Server

Deep understanding of CMDB CSDM & enterprise data modeling

Preferred Certifications:

CIS-Risk & Compliance CIS-VRM CAD CTA/CMA CRISC CISA CISSP

Required Skills:

Required Skills: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform testing Strong knowledge of ITSM IRM/GRC HRSD & SecOps Expertise in ServiceNow ATF Experience with REST/SOAP API testing Knowledge of Agile testing methodologies Familiarity with Selenium Postman or ReadyAPI is a plus Basic JavaScript & ServiceNow scripting knowledge preferred

Required Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Sciece Information Technology or related field
