Qualifications
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Platform Developer with 812 years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in designing developing and implementing enterprise-grade solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Dataverse and Microsoft 365 integrations along with the ability to engage with business stakeholders understand requirements and deliver scalable digital transformation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design develop and implement solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
- Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Design and manage data models using Microsoft Dataverse.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 Azure services Dynamics 365 SharePoint SQL Server and third-party applications.
- Develop custom connectors plugins APIs and reusable components.
- Ensure application performance security scalability and compliance with governance standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts architects project managers and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Lead technical design discussions and provide best practices for Power Platform development.
- Perform code reviews mentor junior developers and support project delivery activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
- Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices for Power Platform solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field.
- 812 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience in enterprise application development and integration projects.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform security architecture and governance.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)
