Engineering Manager

Lead mentor and manage a team of software engineers and developers.

Oversee the planning development testing and deployment of software applications.

Manage engineering projects timelines resources and deliverables.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.

37 years of software development experience including 24 years in engineering leadership or management.

Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java Python JavaScript or C.

Experience with software architecture system design and microservices.

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.

Familiarity with databases REST APIs CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Strong understanding of SDLC and software engineering best practices.

Excellent leadership communication problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
