Working along with CFT and With in PM area on Projects

Expected travel activity:20% time in a year

Location: Bangalore India

Geographical scope:Owncountryor deputation based on project requirements

The EngineeringManagement specialisation is responsible for leading and coordinating thedesign work in the project and implementing operational plan for projectcompletion. Activities include ensuring interface and cross-disciplinarycoordination identifying relevant standards and processes scope control andchange management and ensuring the right competences are available to theproject.

Main Tasks
1. Plan andtake responsibility for design and follow process from design to for interfaces and coordination between disciplines and forhandling changes to scope of work. Responsible for consistency of workcross-disciplinary quality/reviews and compliance with codes and for common picture of design between customer and NNE throughoutproject. Part of project management team
2. Leadengineering team and perform on-thejob training of engineers to develop theirpotential
3. Proactivelychallenge and inspire customers and look for sales opportunities

Responsibilities
for executing small and midsized project and/or single &cross-disciplinary project work packages in projects
2. Definesthe operational framework in cooperation with nearest PM or PPM.
for planning/execution and for coordinating/delegating tasks
4. Expectedto monitor project performance and identify and address project risks andissues proactively and recommend mitigation strategies.
the project life cycle & use our Smarter execution platform.
6. Interactswith customers staff and management as well as external contractors.
7. Leadspeople directly or through one level of people and ensures a work environmentwith clear direction division of tasks and responsibilities at all levels.

Education
1. BE/BTech in Engineering or similar
2. Added advantage for the role if PMP certified etc.
3. Fluent in English spoken and written

Experience
1. Understanding Project Schedule
2. 10 years of experience. Min. 5 - 6years as team on pharma/biotech projects or more would be an added advantage.
3. Knowledge of all project executionphases like Conceptual /Basic /Detail Design Phases.
4. Understanding Process Equipment Interfaces with Centralized Services
around know how on Clean Utility and Black utility and theirinterfaces
assessment in Engineering Systems and Tools Like PMD /PFD know-how is musthave

Proficiency
1. Masters and stays updated on projectmanagement tools and working methods
2. Requires skill set in stakeholdermanagement towards senior management level
3. Proven communication &leadership skills

2. Ensure relevant Project Engineeringand that project is executed efficiently
3. Ensure that opportunities to developpeople and methods are integrated in project in dialogue with line managers
4. Customer & employee satisfactionscore on or above target
5. Align with customers and runningworkshops based
6. Building understanding on NNEPractices and other relevant systems

1. Able to executeindependently on planning coordination and prioritizing to meet
2. Responsible for project-relateddecisions within framework approved by PM and stakeholders
3. Responsible for change orders withinfinancial framework in QMS or agreed with project steering committee
