Engineering Head

• Lead and manage the engineering team to enhance existing logistics infrastructure and technology solutions.
• Oversee the development and implementation of innovative engineering solutions to optimize logistics operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and propose practical engineering solutions.
• Drive the engineering strategy aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
• Ensure high-quality standards in engineering projects and initiatives.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent within the team fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the organization competitive.
• Manage budgets and resources for engineering projects ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
• Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of engineering solutions.

• Proven experience in engineering management particularly within logistics or related sectors.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an engineering management role preferably in a logistics or technology-driven environment is required.

This position offers an annual salary ranging from$100000to$200000commensurate with experience. Additional benefits may include health insurance performance bonuses and opportunities for career growth within a leading logistics company.
