Engineering Executive

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Engineering Executive to lead our engineering operations in Mumbai this pivotal role you will drive innovation oversee strategic initiatives and foster a culture of excellence across our engineering teams. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with exceptional leadership capabilities demonstrating a commitment to operational efficiency and organizational growth.

• Lead mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams to ensure smooth functioning and continuous professional growth
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the engineering department while maintaining adherence to organizational policies procedures and regulatory requirements
• Develop and execute strategic engineering initiatives aligned with organizational goals and market demands
• Supervise the upkeep maintenance and optimization of all engineering equipment and infrastructure
• Analyze technical challenges and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and product quality
• Manage project timelines budgets and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity transparency and continuous improvement
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including senior leadership clients and external partners
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support team member development and career progression

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 2-4 years of progressive experience in engineering operations and team leadership
• Proven expertise in managing and motivating engineering teams of varying sizes
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in engineering practices and methodologies
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management budget management and resource planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
• Strategic thinking ability with experience in developing and implementing organizational initiatives
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software tools and systems
• Knowledge of industry standards compliance requirements and best practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
• Leadership experience with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
• Ability to adapt to changing business environments and demonstrate resilience in challenging situations
• Preferred: Certification in project management (PMP PRINCE2) or relevant engineering certifications
