• Tolerance Analysis - 2D/3D stack-ups and Vis VSA variation simulation Dimensional Cost Optimization
• Identification of low-impact characteristics to reduce tooling gauging and inspection costs
• Manufacturing Processes - Stamping welding fixturing gauging and assembly Metrology - CMM data analysis MSA and simulation-to-plant correlation
• Process Capability - Cp/Cpk feasibility and target setting
• Problem Solving - 8D root-cause analysis and corrective actions
